Prices and Payments: All product prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. However, the applicable price will be the one shown at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure payment methods, such as credit cards or online payment services. Guarantee

The warranty: covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps, tips or fits that occur within a six-month time period.
Materials: The use of materials of sustainable origin or of minimal environmental impact in their manufacturing or processing is guaranteed, as well as the authenticity of metals and gems, the Atacama Pearls are serialized and sustainably cultivated.
Repairs: Free or discounted repairs may be included for damage that is not the result of normal wear and tear.
Conditions: Certain activities, such as resizing or repairs performed by third parties, may void the warranty. Exclusions: loss, theft, damage due to negligence or natural wear and tear is not covered. The creation comes with a certificate of authenticity. This can be in digital or paper format, depending on the type of object.
Authenticity: each product has a certificate of authenticity that establishes the year of cultivation, harvest and unit number within the production group. We strongly recommend keeping the certificate as each pearl is unique and authenticity adds value over time.

Optionally, the Atacama Pearl chosen by the client could be certified by an external laboratory such as GIA (see an example of price table for a Pearl Identification Report).

Shipping and Returns

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and added to the order total. We strive to process and ship orders in the shortest time possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as they may be subject to delays caused by external factors or events beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer from the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the products are in their original and unused condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless an error was made on our part in shipping or the product is defective. Once we receive the return and verify that it meets our policies, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
